Chubby's Charter is a saltwater guide service on the waters of the Northern Neck of Virginia, including the Chesapeake Bay.

 

Founded in 2013, we provide a light tackle and fly fishing guide service that pursues striped bass, spanish mackerel, redfish, speckled trout, bluefish, many bottom fish from perch, spot, croaker, flounder and more.

Capt. Kevin Tobias runs as the head guide and holds a US Coast Guard OUPV Captains License.
